Poseidon Undersea Resort

Imagine a futuristic vacation that brings you to the bottom of the sea floor to experience luxury and stunning views. It may seem like a far-fetched dream, but the Poseidon Undersea Resorts makes this dream a reality.

There are 24 rooms available that resemble pods encased in clear acrylic to showcase the activity and coral seascape. Each pod is removable and can be brought to the surface for repairs or maintenance and reattaches to the main structure.

The Poseidon Resort was partially designed using the same safety and structural techniques that are used for submarines. Routine rescue missions are practiced to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.

On September 20, 2007, the TJPA Board selected Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Hines to design and develop the new landmark Transbay Transit Center and Transit Tower. The TJPA may now enter into exclusive negotiations with the team. The Board's unanimous vote culminates an eight-month international Design and Development Competition that was launched to select an outstanding, functional and economically viable design for a transportation centerpiece that will become the Grand Central of the West.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, Shanghai World Financial Center is a mixed use skyscraper which will consist of office spaces, hotel rooms, conference rooms, observation decks and shops on the ground floors. The hotel component will open with 175 rooms and suites in mid-2008 as the Park Hyatt Shanghai.

Uniqa Tower is a 75 m. tall ellipsoid building structure and located on Vienna's Danube Canal..
"The UNIQA tower is a new landmark for the city of Vienna. Its distinctive silhouette is an architectural landmark located at the start of the famous Ringstraβe, and it creates a link from Vienna´s city centre to the historically important Praterstraße. The unique LED installation supports the expressive architecture of UNIQA headquarters. The conceptive world of pictures with abstract and specific motives brings additional life to glass cladding of UNIQA tower," says Ernst Morgenbesser, project manager UNIQA Tower.
